Yoga session based on Hatha Yoga Session & Gong relaxation.
Hatha Yoga class for BEGINNERS.
In the hatha yoga class, we will start with warm-up exercises, followed by a series of yoga postures, and end with a relaxation period. The postures are designed to stimulate the energy flow in the body and help release any blockages. The breathing techniques are used to help regulate the flow of energy and increase awareness. The meditation is used to help calm the mind and increase focus.

Session is in Estonian with some English (depending on the participants).
