Yoga and Gong Session

Yoga session based on Hatha Yoga & Gong relaxation.
Hatha Yoga class for BEGINNERS.
In the hatha yoga class, we will start with warm-up exercises, followed by a series of yoga postures, and end with a relaxation period. The postures are designed to stimulate the energy flow in the body and help release any blockages. The breathing techniques are used to help regulate the flow of energy and increase awareness. The meditation is used to help calm the mind and increase focus. We do active stretches and yoga for about 45-50 minutes and gong relaxation for about 10-15 minutes depending on the nature of each session.

Session is in Estonian with some English (depending on the participants).
