Sound meditation with gong

We will start with some stretches and physical movement (maximal 10-15 minutes) followed by a 50-60 minutes gong session where you will be lying still on the yoga mat, eyes closed and absorbing the sounds of gong.
SOUND THERAPY (with gong) HELPS
- to raise the level of vital energy,
- normalize blood pressure,
- restore the immune system,
- get rid of the clamps caused by stress and negative emotions on the physical level,
- relax physically and emotionally,
- get rid of insomnia,
