Yoga Session & Gong relaxation. Kundalini yoga.
Kundalini yoga class for BEGINNERS typically begin with a warm-up exercise, followed by a series of yoga postures, and end with a relaxation period withy Gong. The postures are designed to stimulate the energy flow in the body and help release any blockages. The breathing techniques are used to help regulate the flow of energy and increase awareness. The meditation is used to help calm the mind and increase focus. Kundalini yoga is a great way to improve your physical and mental health, and it can be practiced by people of all ages and fitness levels.
